I’m a tried many times gym failure! The reason I joined Fitness by Design is because of the mini group training sessions which keep me motivated and interested. The Power of the Power Plate
I had been very busy tidying up a fairly large area of shelving which was at a low level. It was not until I went to stand up that I realised my back was not going to straighten up. I was in absolute agony and had to resort to painkillers before I could walk normally again.
On my next visit to the gym I was still having a lot of pain but intended to carry on with my usual regime. When I started the treadmill I couldn’t walk at all. Helen realised that I was in great pain and suggested that I used the Power Plate which helped to relieve the pain and after three weeks my back has recovered. My workout in the gym is now absolutely back to normal thanks to this super machine.

The Power Plate is a great piece of equipment. It gives you an accelerated workout. It is also excellent when your muscles are soar from a hard workout the day before.

I alternate my Power Plate sessions with my workouts in the gym. The power plate gives you the option to have a good workout in less time.

I started coming to the gym to lose weight and tone up 4 ½ yrs ago, I dropped my weight and lowered my blood pressure successfully. In October 2008 I decided to try and build muscle and embarked on a bulking up programme set by an Instructor with a sensible diet to gain muscle using Maximuscle Supplements.
