Kelly has been a class instructor for twelve years and senior class instructor at Fitness by Design since we opened five years ago. Kelly's background is in the equestrian world where she competed successfully at dressage. A passion for fitness took her on to train to be a fitness instructor where, ultimately, she decided to specialise with class instruction. Kelly has continued to expand her qualifications over the years to include Kick Aerobics, Cardio Barre and Fitness Pilates all of which are included in the Fitness By Design timetable.
She also teaches Body Fusion and BLT. ''I really enjoy creating challenging and effective workouts so that all who take part in my classes can achieve their desired results. I make a point of changing the classes from week to week to keep our clients motivated and making progress. No two classes are quite the same!
The studio at Fitness By Design is a workout environment where everyone receives a friendly welcome. ''We have clients of all ages ,sizes and fitness who workout together, everyone at their own level."
