Helen Gilchrist is also member of the Fitness by Design team, committed to helping you fulfil your health, fitness and nutritional goals. As a Personal Trainer and Nordic Walking Instructor Helen has a wide variety of skills to offer. Through personal experience Helen Gilchrist was drawn to becoming a Personal Trainer. Coming from a background or recreational running, completing several marathons and numerous other running events both on and off road, Helen can offer a wealth of experience, especially in the area of running and Nordic Walking.
