Wendy Gray

Owners PA & head of administration

Prior to joining Fitness by Design Wendy successfully ran her own childrens' nursery and helped run the family roofing company in Gillingham, Dorset.

Wendy joined us more than 5 years ago when we relocated to our present site and has been a key member of staff ever since. Her role is primarily as Chief Administrator, dealing with all memberships and financial duties as necessary to run the business efficiently. In addition Wendy is also PA to the owner/manager Colin Fricker.

With a comprehensive knowledge of all parts of the business Wendy's other roles include meeting potential new members at their free guest visit and dealing with all paperwork to enrole them. She also manages the gym's reception with three other receptionists under her authority which involves staff training and organising reception duties.
