Receptionist

Fran joined reception more recently but is now seen as one of the family of staff. She is another of our smiling faces of reception dealing with all enquiries and bookings. Together with Naomi they help ensure that all duties are carried out efficiently. One of her key roles is to contact club members who have missed appointments to keep everyone training.
