Mini Groups

As another innovation at Fitness by Design Mini Groups were launched in July 2008 with the aim of giving gym members the opportunity of having a Personal Trainer twice a week at a very affordable price. The main difference between Mini Groups and Group training are that it takes place in our main gym room and participants have to be gym members. We limit the group size to a maximum of five people but it will still run with only one. Extra Personal Trainers are on duty to run these groups and we can be more flexible on the times you wish to train which accommodates anyone who has changing hours of employment, with sessions in the morning, afternoon and evening. They are very structured and productive sessions with all the motivation you need to get maximum results and they discipline you to come. You can now have a Personal Trainer for £2 per hour twice a week!

Lots of members are upgrading their memberships as they can now afford their own Personal Trainer twice a week plus come unlimited seven days a week for additional training sessions.
