As well as getting toned and much fitter in the gym, Fitness by Design offers a wide range of relaxation and beauty treatments. We have a resident Beauty Therapist, Gemma Newport offering the full range of Elemis beauty treatments and spray tans.
We also have two state of the art Sunquest Topaz upright tanning booths. Mary Harbert, Osteopathy and Jane Grimes, Bowen Therapy. Any non members are most welcome to use these facilities which can be booked at reception or over the phone.
