In addition to our Fitness rooms we have very well appointed changing rooms, each with complimentary sauna's, power showers, hair dryers, shaving points and lockers to secure any valuables or hang up your suit whilst training.
Upstairs we have a relaxation area to chill out after your workout or wait in comfort to use our upright sun shower tanning booths, or receive your elemis beauty treatment. We also have an Osteopath, Physiotherapist, Accupuncturist and Sports massage therapists who can assess injuries and provide massage and ultrasound as required. These services can be used by non-members as well, either by booking at reception or over the phone on 01747 835180.
