Body Fusion

We use interval training techniques in Body Fusion. Changing from Cardio to strength endurance work. Each section is short and we move to each one quickly in order to keep the heart rate elevated throughout the workout. The upper body muscles are also included. Light weights, bands,balls and equipment free work may be used to increase fitness levels, loose body fat and tone muscle for a full body challenge.
